So far it’s only people that had a significantly positive influence on their industry. Probably won’t be Sarah. But I’m not that shocked… He took leaves before, he worked when he was sick as a dog, he never resigned. It was coming now that he had.

Steve Jobs is easily one of the most recognizable names in technology period. He was an absolute genius at what he did, and will be missed not only by Apple, but by the entire tech industry as a whole. I would be unbelievably surprised if anyone else in our lifetime came along with the same kind of innovation and vision that Steve Jobs possessed. No republican would take any woman of any color, or a black candidate seriously. Pizza man is wasting his time and Bachman is just plain stupid. She appeals to a small group of ultra conservatives who disagree with the president, not on policy, but simply because he’s Black. AKA the tea party. They really feel this man took something away from them simply by being in office. It shows how little America has come in terms of its race relations. I’d leave but i have no where else to go. Langston Hughes’ father had the right idea… Cancer does suck…my father is dealing with it as I speak. BTW the fact that you can make fun of this man’s passing shows how much you value any human’s life that’s not your own. That’s as sad as it is selfish…

People are asking for memorials at every apple store. People leaving flowers. The cult of celebrity strikes nerdom. He did a lot of great things, especially for the computing industry, and was one of the most influencial (if not the most influencial), but he was not a saint.
