Microsoft has confirmed that two system updates for the Xbox One are forthcoming that will improve multiplayer functionality and add additional features to the dashboard.
The first update will roll out next week on February 11th, adding an on screen controller battery indicator, better storage management and USB keyboard support. This will be followed up with an update on March 4th, just in advance of Titanfall's release on March 11th, which will add "many new features and improvements, most significantly to our party and multiplayer systems."
Many have complained that the Xbox One's online functionality is somewhat lacking compared to that on the Xbox 360. It looks like Microsoft will make an effort here to take some of that critism to heart, and make sure things are running smoothly before what they're calling "the biggest game launch of the year."
