"I would not believe everything you read on the internet. It will set you up for disappointment or misdirected frustration."
This from Capcom senior vice president Christian Svensson on the Capcom Unity forums. This will likely come as a "monster disappointment" to Vita owning Monster Hunter fans. See what I did there?
Further rumors suggest that Monster Hunter 4 will be exclusive to Nintendo for 3 years. Again, to be taken with a grain of salt.

*sigh* Sony needs to pay a metric ass ton of cash to make this happen. I don’t even want to play MH4, I just want the Vita to have a bigger user base so more games will be released on it.
